The church is led by a team of 25 elders, some of whom are employed by the church in different areas of ministry. Eight of our elders also serve as trustees with responsibility for running the charitable and financial side of the church. We do not have a senior pastor but are committed as a team to supporting one another in serving the fellowship, recognising and making room for the differing gifts and callings in each team member. We are totally committed to team leadership and see the ability to work together with others as a prerequisite for any kind of leadership position within the fellowship.
