By Road
If you are coming by car and you plan to use the New Life car park, you need to remember that Cairo New Road is one way from Reeves Corner. You can access Reeves Corner from the Roman Way flyover (A236) PLEASE REMEMBER THAT ALTHOUGH CAIRO NEW ROAD IS ONE WAY FOR VEHICULAR TRAFFIC, IT IS TWO WAY FOR TRAMS. TAKE GREAT CARE WHEN LEAVING THE NEW LIFE CAR PARK AND REMEMBER TO LOOK BOTH WAYS!

From London Go south towards Brighton on the A23. At the Thornton Heath Pond continue on the A23 until you come to the next major roundabout. At this 'Lombard Roundabout' take the 2nd exit on to the A236 Mitcham Road. After about 1 mile (1.5km) the Mitcham Road becomes the Roman Way. This is a flyover! As the flyover comes down, take a left filter lane on to Reeves Corner and immediately take a sharp left at the next set of traffic lights into Cairo New Road. Follow the tram tracks down Cairo New Road. New Life is on the right hand side just before Cairo New Road passes under the flyover.
From the South If you're coming from the South, come on the A23 towards London, through Purley and on to the Purley Way, past the old airport and playing fields. At the Five Ways junction take a right hand turn on to Stafford Road (A232). At the next junction, bear left on to Epsom Road. Continue on Epsom Road until the next set of traffic lights. Take a left turn into Waddon New Road. At the mini roundabout turn right on to Rectory Grove. At the end of Rectory Grove you will come to a set of traffic lights at the Roman Way junction. Take a left turn onto Roman Way and immediately get in the right hand filter lane signposted Reeves Corner. After crossing Roman Way onto Reeves Corner, take a sharp left at the next set of traffic lights into Cairo New Road. Follow the tram tracks down Cairo New Road. New Life is on the right hand side before Cairo New Road passes under the flyover.
To access the A23 when leaving New Life, turn right out of the Centre car park, under the flyover into Waddon New Road. Go over the mini roundabout. At the next junction take a sharp right turn into Waddon Road. Waddon Road leads on to the A23. At the junction of Waddon Road with the A23 Purley Way take a right turn for London and turn left if you want to go south towards Purley and Brighton.
